Registration
Registration for the 12th International Myopia Conference 2008 is now open.
Everyone attending or presenting at the meeting must be registered. All
symposium speakers will have to register for the meeting. Registration is required
prior to acceptance of abstracts of presentaions.

payment has been verified.
Fees
Registration fees are inclusive of morning tea breaks, lunches,
afternoon tea breaks from 8th to 12th July 2008 and the welcome
reception.

Cancellations
A written request must be received by 8th June 2008, in order to receive a 50%
refund of the registration fee. After this date, no refunds will be made.
