Accommodation
Group bookings have been made at the Novotel Rockford Palm Cove Resort and at the nearby Grand Mercure Esplanade Apartments.
To obtain the special conference rates, accommodation bookings must be made through Convention Associates by entering your requirements on the registration form. Rates shown are per room (not per person) per night and include GST.
This is a very busy time for the resort and they have been obliged to set limitations as to how long they will make rooms available to the conference for those who register towards the end of the registration period. To ensure that you can obtain the accommodation that you require, it is strongly recommended that you do not delay in submitting your registration and accommodation requirements.

Accommodation Deposits
There is a deposit of one night's room rate per room. If sharing, the deposit should be paid by one person only; please do not split the deposit and do not send more than the required deposit. The balance of your accommodation account should be paid directly to the hotel upon departure. Please note that the deposit does not include GST. That will be included when you pay the final account at the hotel.

The Esplanade apartments are located next to the Grand Mercure Rockford Resort
which was only opened in March 2007. Your stay would be managed by the Grand
Mercure, you will also need to check in and out via reception at the Grand
Mercure. You are able to use facilities in both these properties and the conference resort.
